The draw was held at the Third Annual Art Auction, October 6, 2000.


Genny Vincent, a director of Prince Edward Community Care for Seniors,
sells a ticket for the organization's raffle of three Canadian artists'
prints, to County Councillor Paul Morris of Picton.
