Prince Edward Community Care closures

The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association announced today that it is placing additional programs and activities on hold until further notice.

Closed, effective immediately:  office at 74A King Street, Picton; Thrift Shop at 153 Main Street, Picton; Foot Care Clinics, Active Living Programs, Income Tax, support groups, seminars & Seniors Luncheon Social events. 

Programs presently operating with modified schedules, for urgent situations only, and with ongoing rigorous active screening of both clients and volunteers are:  Meals on Wheels and Escorted Transportation.  Friendly visiting and reassurance programs are still operating by telephone only.
