Your support helps seniors live at home

Prince Edward County is home to one of the highest senior populations in Ontario. With your support and the help of more than 400 amazing volunteers, there are many community support services available to help seniors live comfortably in their own home.
Last year seniors benefitted from:
  • 10,704 meals delivered to their door
  • More than 91,000km driven by volunteers
  • 15,244 reassurance contacts made to isolated seniors

Make a donation to help seniors live at home

Consider making a tax-deductible donation, a memorial donation, setting up a corporate-giving campaign, or donating the facilities or resources of your business for a fundraiser.

Monthly Giving

An easy way to provide ongoing support for Community Care is to establish monthly giving. Your donation can then be paid directly to the agency on a monthly basis. A charitable receipt will be issued annually or more often if you wish.

Supporter Program

Community Care for Seniors offers various levels of Support to help seniors live at home.  Ranging from General, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels, you will receive recognition reflecting the level of your support.
